OUR STORY

Phoebe’s is a family-owned ice cream shop dedicated to serving fresh, homemade ice cream made with care. We use premium ingredients and craft our ice cream in small batches to ensure the quality, freshness, and flavor we’re proud to serve.

We believe great ice cream should taste as natural as possible. That’s why we use real fruit and natural extracts in our flavors, and we do not use artificial dyes to color our ice cream.

Our menu offers something for everyone, including sundaes, milkshakes, affogatos, ice cream lattes, shaved ice, and a wide variety of toppings. We also serve freshly prepared caffè lattes, cappuccinos, and teas.

We’re proud to have been awarded Best Ice Cream Shop in Oviedo in both 2025 and 2026, a recognition that means even more to us as a small, independent family business.

Our name was inspired by Phoebe, our beloved cat, whom we adopted in 2020. She became the inspiration behind a place built around family, community, and happy moments.

Located in beautiful Oviedo, Central Florida, Phoebe’s is a warm and welcoming neighborhood spot where friends and families can come together, relax, and enjoy something delicious.

Phoebe was adopted in 2020. Since then she has been an inspiration for our family to support pet adoption and now to open this sweet Ice Cream Shop.
